The Handheld Colorimeter is a device that can perform colour measurements with higher reliability than the human eye. The CLM-194 model, in particular, is a handheld digital device designed and manufactured for convenient and versatile colour measurement.

This device reduces the risk of human error, performs fast quality control checks of raw materials with reliable results, and is effective on a wide range of materials and surfaces.

How does the handheld colorimeter work?

The measuring geometry (45°c:0°) enables colour measurements on a wide range of surfaces, thanks to the uniform lighting provided by the integrated LEDs.

Our handheld colorimeter ensures long-term stability and, therefore, does not require frequent calibration by the user. The dedicated interface also allows PC-based analyses such as colour conformity to reference data patch, sample classification, colour group creation, and colour reproduction.

The benchtop colorimeter is a device designed to be rugged, accurate and compact, ideal for fast and reliable sample evaluation. The CLM-196 model is fitted with a tristimulus sensor in a steel casing; its resolution is 60 times higher than that of the human eye, which makes it perfect for detecting the colour of powders and thick/matt liquids.
